Author-it Xtend Server

The Author-it Xtend Server License provides authoring memory capability, including the following:

• The suggestive reuse popup displays existing content that matches words you type into a topic. You can find existing content for reuse simply by typing keywords in a new topic.
• You can turn on color highlighting in existing topics to see identical or similar paragraphs throughout your library. View existing content in the context of a complete topic, and choose to paste or embed a topic when appropriate.

  Paragraphs in different topics can be edited independently, but identical paragraphs are only stored once.

  Displays are configurable for each user.

You can reduce review time and localization costs by reusing existing content that has already been approved or translated.

This module requires that the Author-it library be stored as a SQL Server database and requires an Author-it Xtend server license.
