1. Attend Author-it upgrade webinar.
2. Complete basic acceptance testing with an evaluation version.

   We recommend supplementing the basic acceptance script that is supplied.

3. Return your completed acceptance script to your Reseller.
4. Reseller upgrades your licenses to Author-it 5 and sends download and license information.
5. Switch production database and processes to Author-it 5.
