Users working in the central library cannot overwrite objects that are checked out for offline authoring. The interface and functionality are identical while working offline, retaining security, permissions, and documentation standards. Multiple people at a remote location can share an offline library.

An Offline Authoring Extended User License is required for each person making use of an offline library.
