Support for Word 2007 Save as PDF

If you are using Microsoft Office 2007, you can install the Save as PDF add-in. This add-in produces clickable hyperlinks and mini-TOC links in PDF output published from Author-it. If this add-in is installed, it is used by default to create PDFs (instead of any other print drivers you have installed).
